Meet Chef
Dhiru
In a small town in southern India, in his mother’s kitchen, Dhiru’s passion for cooking grew. His culinary training began when he was just 17. By age 23, Dhiru had immigrated to the U.S. and started gaining restaurant experience in San Francisco and Philadelphia.
Chef Dhiru is creative in the kitchen, a gardener in any climate, a husband, and a father of two girls. He has found a rich sense of home and a supportive community here in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is proud to share the flavorful and nourishing food of his homeland through Marigold Kitchen.
